It's time for our annual membership Christmas Party!

Time to kick back (or go wild, your choice) and have a great time with fellow Democrats from Valley Grassroots and beyond.

Democrats know how to have fun. Republicans.... not so much. They're way too busy day and night trying to find new and deceptive ways to make a vast majority of their neighbors miserable.

Past President and incoming Vice-president Adrienne Burk has graciously offered to host at her lovely home in Studio City. Thank you Adrienne! (The location is wheelchair accessible through the rear.)

MARY MAGDALENE PROJECT: We will also continue our tradition of sending Christmas gifts to the women and girls at the Mary Magdalene Project (MMP) in Van Nuys. The Project gratefully requests gift cards from multi-product stores, such as Target, Ralphs, Food 4 Less. $10-20 is suggested, but any amount is appreciated! They also request simple hygiene products: toothbrush and paste, deodorant, shampoo and creme rinse, lotion, face cleaner, and a fun product like a perfume. 

Gift cards and other items will be collected at the party. If you don't plan to attend the party, you can mail your gift card or a donation by check (payable to Mary Magdalene Project) to: VGFD, P.O. Box 573383, Tarzana, CA 91357.

The women and girls at the Project are working very hard to make a new start on life and are so appreciative of our generous support. More information about the Project here.
