Valley Grassroots for Democracy will host a candidate forum where Democrats running for the open seat on the L.A. City Council will have the opportunity to speak to their issues and respond to a set list of questions. This special election is to choose a representative of District 12 in the northwest San Fernando Valley, a seat that's traditionally been dominated by Republicans.
