We will be starting our endorsements for the November 3 election.  We will be voting on the following candidate races:

        State Governor, State Superintendent of Public Instruction, State Controller, State Insurance         Commissioner, LA City Attorney, LA City Council District 3

And the following ballot measures:

        Prop 4 -Public Campaign Financing; Prop 5- Recall of State Officers; Prop X (TBD); LA County Charter Amendment/ Binding Arbitration/ Labor Disputes

And we'll hear from three (3) wonderful speakers:

        Shanna Ingalsbee- LACDP updates

        Donna Connelly- Immigration court watchdog updates

        Maggie MacMillian- ICE activity updates
